Location: The entrance is 50m west of the lake above the White House and close to the track.

Entrance: An obscure small rectangular mined entrance in the cliff face with Italianos painted beside it.

Description: The upper entrance to the Italionos-Boulderosa system. (see survey) A partly mined natural system. Easy walking to a 17m natural shaft and two further short pitches to a roomy meandering passage. A 12m pitch can be bypassed to a fine series of mined natural passages. Down the pitch a boulder strewn ramp leads a further circular 12m pitch and mined out series. From the bottom two routes are possible, one a constricted meandering rift and 6m pitch to a choke, the other a large gallery to RCA-6 mine and Torca Boulderosa.
